Historic Hudson Studios

Project Overview

Historic Hudson Studios is a premier production and event venue in Los Angeles. As the business expanded into a second 10,000-square-foot studio, it needed a digital strategy capable of attracting new audiences, increasing bookings, and supporting long-term growth.

The Engagement

Historic Hudson Studios initially brought me on to improve its SEO and online visibility. As measurable results were achieved, the engagement expanded into a broader strategic partnership encompassing website strategy, branding, UX, paid advertising, analytics, content marketing, and collateral. Rather than delivering a single project, my role became optimizing the company’s digital growth ecosystem.

Business Challenge

The business had recently expanded its physical footprint, but its digital presence had not evolved at the same pace. It needed a marketing strategy capable of consistently generating qualified inquiries while clearly communicating the value of multiple studio offerings to different customer segments.

The Strategy

Rather than approaching the project as a website redesign alone, I developed an integrated marketing strategy combining SEO, UX, Google Ads, local search optimization, content strategy, analytics, and brand positioning. Every initiative was designed to improve discoverability, simplify the customer journey, and increase qualified bookings.
